摘　　要：电力系统可靠性评估的方法可分为两大类:解析法和模拟法。通过对发、输电组合系统可靠性的研究,建立了其评估模型,包括系统停运模型、负荷模型、运行调整策略模型、可靠性指标计算模型。并应用离散事件系统模拟法评估发输电组合系统的可靠性,给出了发输电组合系统可靠性评估模型流程图。The methods of power systems reliability evaluation can be divided into the analytic methods and the simulation methods. The paper studies the reliability evaluation model based on the combined generation and transmission system reliability. The model includes four submodels, the system outage model, the adjusting operation strategy model and the reliability indices model. The discrete event system simulation methods are applied to evaluate the composite system reliability. The flow chart of the model is given.
