摘　　要：无痛人流术后月经不调已成为人流术后较常见的远期并发症,若治疗不当往往会导致月经稀少、闭经、继发性不孕等。导师运用原国家级名老中医丁启后"补肾养血方"灵活加减治疗无痛人流术后月经不调临床疗效确切,值得借鉴。Menstrual irregularities have become the commonly seen long-term complications after painless induced abortion.If treated unsuitably,there would be hypomenorrhea,amenorrhea and secondly infertility.By applying the addition and subtraction of prescription of nourishing kidney and blood made by Ding Qihou our tutor treated many cases of menstrual irregularities after painless induced abortion and acquired good effect,which can be used as reference.
