摘　　要：目的:通过对省级疾病预防控制中心基本建设状况的分析,来验证基本建设指标的科学性、合理性和可操作性。方法:普查全国省级疾病预防控制中心2009年各类工作用房建筑面积等相关数据。结果:2009年省级疾病预防控制中心人均建筑面积为66.8m2,相比2005年增加了19.1%;实验室面积所占比例为41.8%,总体已达标;综合考虑人均建筑面积与实验室面积所占比例两项指标,省级疾病预防控制中心基本建设平均达标率为91.0%,仅有14个省完全达标。结论:我国省级疾控中心工作用房配置状况明显改善,为机构履行职责创造了一个良好的基础条件,但西部地区工作用房建设需要继续加强,结构有待优化。Objective： To understand status quo of building facilities allocation of the provincial Centers for Disease Control and Prevention（CDCs）.Methods： General investigation on building area and lab area of the provincial CDCs and necessary statistics were investigated.Results： In 2009,the building area per staff was 66.8 square meters,increased by 19.1% compared with that in 2005.The proportion of the laboratory area was 41.8% in 2009 and met the basic standard.Considering the above two indicators,the average rate to meet the standard of provincial CDCs was 91.0%,and only 14 provinces completely met the standard.Conclusion： The status quo of building facility allocation of the provincial CDCs has been improved significantly,providing a concrete foundation to fulfill their functions,while the building of provincial CDCs in western China still needed to be strengthened continuously and the strucutre requires optimization.
