摘　　要：目的:明确2009年我国省级疾病预防控制中心(简称"疾控中心")传染病控制与免疫规划工作开展的状况,并通过绩效考核实践检验该部分指标的科学、合理和可操作性。方法:采集2009年全国各省级疾病预防控制中心疾病预防控制工作相关数据,对传染病控制与免疫规划工作两个方面进行描述性分析。结果:2009年全国省级疾控中心暴发疫情规范处置指数总体均数为0.932;传染病监测完成率平均达91.3%;病媒生物监测完成率平均达99.8%;疫苗接种平均完成99.1%;冷链运转管理使用完好率平均为94.4%;规范接种单位覆盖率平均为89.8%。结论:2009年我国省级疾病预防控制中心传染病防控工作不断加强,监测与监控能力明显提高,各省计划免疫工作也较好地开展。传染病防控和计划免疫部分的绩效考核科学、客观地反映了我国省级疾控中心工作的现状,具有科学性、合理性与可操作性。Objective： To figure out the performance of provincial Centers for Disease Control and Prevention（CDCs） on communicable disease control and prevention,immunization planning in 2009.Methods： Performance data of disease control and prevention from provincial CDCs was collected and a descriptive analysis on communicable disease control and immunization planning was conducted.Results： In 2009,the mean rate of normal disposal of epidemic outbreak of disease was 0.932;the mean completion rate of communicable disease surveillance was 91.3%;the completion rate of vectors biology investigation was 99.8%;the average rate of vaccine inoculation was 99.1%;the rate of cold-chain in good operation was 94.4%;and the average coverage of normalized vaccination institutes was 89.8%.Conclusion： The performance of provincial CDCs on communicable disease control and prevention has been improved continually,not only on disease surveillance and control,but also on immunization planning.It represented the work in provincial disease control and prevention was scientific,reasonable and operational.
