摘　　要：目的:评价2009年我国省级疾病预防控制中心健康教育与健康促进工作能力状况并验证考核指标的科学性、合理性和可操作性。方法:采集2009年省级疾病预防控制中心健康教育与健康促进工作能力数据,从主要卫生宣传活动、目标人群重点卫生防病知识知晓率、目标人群行为干预3个方面评价健康教育与健康促进工作能力状况。结果:2009年我国省级疾病预防控制中心主要卫生宣传活动的平均开展完成情况为97.8%、目标人群重点卫生防病知识知晓率为73.6%、目标人群行为干预指数为0.916,均接近或达到绩效考核标准。结论:2009年我国省级疾控中心健康教育与健康促进工作总体开展良好;相关的考核指标是科学、合理和可操作的。Objective： To evaluate the health education and health promotion ability of the provincial Centers for Disease Control and Prevention（CDCs） in 2009.Methods： Data related to the health education and health promotion ability of provincial CDCs in 2009 was collected and evaluated from 3 dimensions including main health promotion activities,knowledge awareness rate of key diseases control and prevention in target population,and the index of health behavior intervention in target population.Results： In 2009,the average completion rate of health promotion activities was 97.8%;the knowledge awareness rate of key diseases control and prevention in target population was 73.6% and the index of health behavior intervention was 0.916.All the three indicators have already or nearly reached the standards.Conclusion： The work of health education and health promotion in provincial CDCs was generally good;and the performance indicators related to the health education and health promotion ability were scientific,rational,and operational.
