摘　　要：着重提出了高效医疗新概念,并围绕医疗服务流程绩效、医疗服务控费绩效和医院成本控制绩效提出了相关评价指标体系,对指导和促进绿色医院高效运行管理可起到指导作用。The innovative concept of efficient medical care management was underscored and highlighted in the article.Related assessment indices in aspect of medical service performance,medical service cost control performance and hospital cost control performance were proposed.The article guides and promotes the enhancement of efficient operational management of green hospitals.
