摘　　要：结合当前医院人力和资产管理的问题,分析了构建绿色医院人力和资产效率指标的思路,提出了绿色医院人力和资产效率指标的主要内容。Combined with the problem of human and assets management in hospitals at present,the evaluation standards of human and assets utilization efficiency in green hospitals were analyzed.The article provided the main contents of evaluation standards of human and assets utilization efficiency in green hospitals.
