老年高血压患者健康行为自我效能与自我护理能力的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的了解老年高血压患者健康行为自我效能和自我护理能力的情况,并探讨两者间的相关性。方法采用健康行为自我效能量表和自我护理能力量表对206例老年高血压患者的自我效能和自我护理能力进行调查。结果老年高血压患者的健康行为自我效能和自我护理能力得分分别为(66.24±13.95)分和(106.37±19.74)分。患者的自我效能和自我护理能力呈正相关(r=0.492,P<0.001)。结论提升患者自我价值和自我效能可提高患者的自我护理能力,进而提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the correlations between self-efficacy of health behavior and self-care ability of elderly hypertensive patients. Method The Self-efficacy Scale and the Self-Care Ability Scale were used to investigate the self-efficacy of health behavior and self- care ability in 206 elderly hypertensive patients. Result The scores of patients＇ self-efficacy and self-care agency were （66.24 ± 13.95） and （106.37 ± 19.74）, respectively. They were positively correlated （r = 0.492, P 〈 0.001）. Conclusion Enhanced self-concept and self-efficacy of the patients may ameliorate their self-care ability and finally improve patients＂ quality of life.
