摘 要:目的探讨早期被动活动预防大隐静脉曲张激光治疗术(endovenous laser treatment,EVLT)后下肢深静脉血栓(deepvenous thrombosis,DVT)形成的效果。方法选择2006年1月~2010年12月在本科室行EVLT的患者360例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为试验组和对照组,每组各180例。对照组术后采用常规护理和功能锻炼,试验组在此基础上实施早期被动运动,比较两组患者术后不同时段股静脉血流峰速度和平均速度的差异。结果试验组术后24、72和120h股静脉血流峰速度和平均速度高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论早期被动活动有利于促进EVLT术后患肢的血液回流,避免了形成DVT的危险因素,因此可以有效预防DVT的发生。Objective To evaluate the effect of early passive exercise on the deep venous thrombosis after endovenous laser treatment (ELVT). Methods Three hundred and sixty patients undergoing EVLT were equally divided into experiment group and control group according to random number table. Patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the patients in the experiment group received early passive exercise. The blood flow velocity in femoral were compared between the two groups. Result The venous blood flow velocity in the experiment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion Early passive exercise may increase the blood flow velocity after endovenous laser treatment and avoid the dangerous factors of deep venous thrombosis.
