摘　　要：目的比较两种消毒方法对内镜的消毒效果。方法选择2005年5月～2007年5月本院内镜中心使用后的内镜1015份为对照组,选择2007年6月～2009年12月本院同类内镜1015份为实验组。对照组采用常规方法对内镜进行消毒灭菌,实验组采用改良后的方法对内镜进行消毒灭菌,比较两种方法内镜的消毒效果。结果实验组消毒灭菌合格率96.8%,对照组消毒灭菌合格率89.6%,两组比较,χ2=41.72,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义,实验组消毒灭菌合格率高于对照组。结论应用改良后的方法对内镜进行清洗消毒,能提高内镜消毒灭菌合格率,保证患者用镜安全,从而降低医源性感染。Obejctive To compare the disinfection effects of two different disinfection methods. Methods 1 015 endoseopes used in the endoscopy center during May 2005 and May 2007 were selected as the control group and another 1 015 of the same kind in the, same center during June 2007 and December 2009 were used as the experiment group, The controls were disinfected in accordance with The Hospital Infection Management Standards and those in the experiment group were disinfected according to The Endoscope Cleaning and Disinfectiun Standards. The effects of the two disinfection methods were compared. Result The qualification rate of disinfection in the experiment group was 96.8%, significantly higher than that of 89.6% in the control group （X2 = 41.72, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The disinfection of enduscopes based on The Endoscope Cleaning and Disinfection Standards may enhance the disinfection qualification rate, ensure the safety tot using endoscopes and thus lower the risk of nosocomial infection.
