摘　　要：目的探讨护士长术前查访在手术患者安全管理中的应用效果。方法选择2009年3月～2010年3月本科室手术患者1000例,实施护士长术前查访,包括术前1d查看患者病历,了解患者的病情、生命体征、各项辅助检查结果、手术名称、麻醉方式、术前宣教以及心理状况等,术日晨采用自行设计的查访表对患者进行查访,了解手术患者存在的问题并做好护理指导。结果发现存在手术安全隐患及术前准备不充分情况30例,占0.03%;指导护理人员业务学习13例,占0.013%。结论护士长术前查访患者,有利于发现患者存在的问题,做到及时质控,在手术患者的安全管理中起到重要的作用。Objective To explore the effect of preoperative visits of head nurses in safety management of operation patients. Methods 1 000 patients hospitalized during March 2009 to March 2010 involved in the investigation, in which the head nurse looked into their histories one day before surgery, understanding their disease conditions, vital signs, results of auxiliary examinations, operation approaches, anesthesia methods, preoperational health education and psychological status, In the morning of the operation day, the patients were visited with a self-designed questionnaire to investigate the problems the patients complained about. Results Thirty patients without enough preoperative preparations were founded, accounting for 0.03%. 13 nurses received instructions in professional learning, accounting for 0.013%. Conclusion Preoperative visits on operation patients may help to find out their problems and solve them in time. which is important for nursint,, safety mana,,ement.
