摘　　要：介绍我院药学服务窗口的工作内容,开设药学服务窗口后病人满意度和医护人员用药错误情况的改善,总结工作中的经验和不足,并提出改进措施和建议。This article introduced the window work of pharmaceutical care in our hospital and the improvements in patients＇ satisfaction and reduction of medication errors of clinical professionals after the window establishment.Experiences and deficiency in the work were summarized and improvement measures and recommendations were also proposed.
