摘 要:采用络合萃取法 ,以TOA为萃取剂、煤油为稀释剂处理β—萘磺酸钠工业废水。结果表明 ,当 pH=0 5~1 0 ,废水 :萃取剂 :稀释剂=100∶10∶40时 ,废水经二级萃取CODCr去除率达98 0 %。萃取后的络合相经NaOH解络后上层油相为萃取剂 ,可循环使用 ;下层为浓缩的β—萘磺酸钠 ,可回收利用。将二级萃余水相用H2O2-Fe2 + 氧化后 ,出水CODCr降至100mg/L以下 ,可达标排放。A complex extraction method was used for the treatment of sodium β_naphthalene sulfonate industrial wastewater with TOA as the extractant and kerosene as the diluent.The results show that when pH=0.5~1.0 and the ratio of wastewater∶extractant∶diluent=100∶10∶40,the CODCr removal rate of the wastewater after the two_stage extraction reached 98.0% .NaOH was added into the complex phase after extraction so that the resulted upper layer in oil phase was extractant which can be recycled and the lower layer was enriched sodium β_naphthalene sulfonate which can be recovered.By oxidizing the raffinate with H 2O2 - Fe 2+,the CODCr of the outlet water came down below 100 mg/L,which met standard and can be discharged.
