摘 要:本文从速率方程出发,对腔内吸收盒充低压纯甲烷和大气压甲烷-空气混合气两种情况下,He-Ne激光器3s_2→3p_4和3s_2→3p_2两条跃迁谱线的竞争作了定量分析,得出双波长振荡所满足的条件,并划分出单波长和双波长振荡区。设计了新的腔结构,使转换效率高达70%以上。The competition between transitions 3s2-3p4 and 3s2-3p2 in a He-Ne laser is analysed quantitatively by rate equation, for two cases of the absorption cell filled with pure methane and with mixture of methane and air respetively. The condition for satisfying the two wavelength oscillation is obtained. The calculated results of the relative output power and the region of the two wavelength oscillation are in rather good agreement with experiments. A new structure is designed which increases the efficiency by more than 70%.
