综合中医心理护理对聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶取出后再次隆胸术患者应激反应的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合中医心理护理干预对聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶取出后再行隆胸术患者应激反应的影响。方法将68例对聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶取出后再行隆胸术患者分为对照组和研究组，对照组给予常规护理，研究组在此基础上给予中医心理干预和耳穴贴压按摩。对两组患者人院第2天、术后第1天、出院前1d的焦虑程度，心率、收缩压、舒张压以及血清ACTH、Cor、IL-6进行比较。结果研究组患者焦虑程度、心率、收缩压、舒张压及血清ACTH、Cot、IL-6较对照组有明显改善，差异有统计学意义。结论综合中医心理护理干预用于聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶取出后再行隆胸术患者，可减轻患者焦虑情绪，稳定血压和心率，有利于患者的身心康复。Objective To study the effect of TCM psychological intervention on stress response of patients with breast augmentation operation once again after the removal of polyacrylamide hydrogel. Methods A total of 68 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in control group were treated with routine nursing, and the patients in research group were treated with additional attached ear acupressure TCM psychological intervention. Variables including patients~ anxiety, pain, heart rate, systolic and diastolic pressure, ACTH, Cor, IL -6 were monitored and compared on the second day of admission to hospital, first day post - op and the first day of release from hospital between two groups. Results All variables of experimental group were better than those of control group with statistical significance. Conclusions Attached ear acupressure along with TCM psychological intervention can alleviate patients＇anxiety, stabilize blood pressure and heart rate and reduce post -op pain and discomfort.
