护理风险干预对预防住院老年病人跌倒的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨护理风险干预对预防住院老年病人跌倒效果的影响。方法对干预组350例住院老年病人实施风险干预：应用住院病人跌倒危险因素评估表进行评估，根据评估结果分阶段落实护理措施，对结果进行总结，并与对照组348例的结果进行比较。结果两组掌握防跌倒知识及对护士满意度的比较（P〈0．01），差异具有统计学意义，干预组跌倒发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），差异具有统计学意义。结论对住院老年病人实施护理风险干预，能促进护患关系，提高病人对跌倒的防护，有效预防病人跌倒的发生。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the prevention of the risk of falls in hospitalized elderly patients. Methods In the intervention group, 350 cases of hospitalized elderly patients were treated with risk intervention. Inpatient fall risk factor assessment scale was used to assess. According to the results of the evaluation nursing measures were carried out, the results were summarized, and the results were compared with control group with 348 patients. Results There were significant differences statistically in mastery of falls prevention knowledge and satisfaction degree of nurses between two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The incidence rate of falls in inter- vention group were significant lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Nursing risk intervention on hospitalized elderly patients can promote nurse- patient relationship, improving patient for fall protection, effectively prevent patients＇falling.
