摘　　要：目的观察剖官产术后放置静脉PCA对缩短浅静脉留置针留置时间的影响以及相关护理问题。方法将265例产妇分为PCIA组138例和对照组127例，进行留置针留置时间的临床观察及相关护理。结果两组留置针保留时间的比较有显著性差异，PCIA组的留置针保留时间明显缩短。结论静脉镇痛泵用于剖宫产术后镇痛可获得安全和理想的镇痛效果，但使用时存在留置针留置时间缩短的问题。剖宫产术后为了有效的达到使用留置针的目的，延长使用时间应尽量使用硬膜外镇痛或其他麻醉方式。Objective To observe the effect of placing intravenous PCA on the indwelling time of superficial intravenous indwelling needle and nursing after cesarean section. Methods A total of 265 pregnant women were divided into PCIA group and control group, the in- dwelling time of superficial intravenous indwelling needle was observed clinically. Results The indwelling time of superficial intravenous in- dwelling needle of two groups were different obviously. The time of PCIA group was great shorter than that of control group. Conclusions After cesarean section, intravenous PCA should be used to lengthen the using time of indwelling needle..
