摘　　要：总结了剖宫产术后急性肺栓塞的临床特征和护理措施。包括:术前评估血栓栓塞相关因素,术后检测及护理等。认为在护理工作中,护士应该熟悉妊娠合并急性肺栓塞发生的各种危险因素及临床表现,对患者进行正确的健康指导,早期识别急性肺栓塞的症状,及早进行对症处理,有助于提高急性肺栓塞抢救成功率。Summarized the clinical features and nursing care of pregnant women with acute pulmonary thrombolism after cesarean,including： evaluated related risk factors before operation,the monitoring and nursing after operation.Believed that for the pregnant women,in addition to close observation,the nurses should know well about risk factors and symptoms of APE,provide proper preventive measures and instruction for the patients,identify the symptoms earlier and take prompt rescue measures in case of APE to increase the successful rescue rate.
