流程管理在医院高危患者压疮管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨对高危人群压疮的规范管理,降低压疮的发生率。方法通过制定制度、评估、申报、监控流程,对医院的高危患者进行流程式的管理,并在实践中不断优化和完善。结果流程管理提高了护理人员对压疮问题的重视程度,提高了压疮的有效申报率(P<0.01),降低了压疮发生率(P<0.01)。已上报的80例压疮患者,创面均不同程度的好转或痊愈出院,高危患者未发生压疮。结论对病区高危压疮患者进行流程管理,减少了高危患者压疮并发症的发生,保证了高危患者的护理质量。Objective To explore the effects of process management on pressure sore management of high-risk patients in hospital.Methods Through the development system,evaluation,declare,monitoring procedure,to do process management on high-risk patients in hospital,and to optimize and perfect process management in practice.Results Application of process management reduce the rate of pressure sore（P0.01）,improve the declared rate of pressure sore（P0.01）.Conclusion Application of process management can reduce the rate of pressure sore,ensure the nursing quality of high-risk patients.
