术前心理干预对手术患者血管紧张素Ⅱ的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨术前心理干预联合音乐疗法对择期手术患者血压及血管紧张素Ⅱ的影响。方法 100例择期手术患者随机分为心理干预组和对照组,心理干预组术前实施访视,讲解麻醉和手术相关知识,给予相应的心理干预,配合音乐疗法,对照组按术前常规护理。并检测患者的血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ水平。结果比较分析显示对照组患者MAP,AII术日值较术前值明显升高(P<0.01);心理干预组AⅡ术日值与术前值相比较无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论术前心理干预联合音乐疗法能降低择期手术患者血压及血管紧张素Ⅱ水平,能够有效减轻患者术前心理应激。Objective To observe the influence of preoperative interview with psychological intervention combining musical therapy on patients＇ blood presure and plasm angiotensin Ⅱ.Methods 100 patients were randomized into control group and experimental group by number（n = 50 in each g roup）.One day before operation,nurses of operating room through training provide knowledge on operation,anesthesia,nursing,and psychological intervention combining musical therapy to experimental group patients,only usual care to control group.patients＇ plasm angiotensin Ⅱ were evaluated.Results In control group,the MAP,AII of operative day were significantly higher than preoperative day＇s（P0.01）.In experimental group,the plasm angiotensin II of operative day didn＇t change markedly（P0.05）.Conclusion Preoperative interview with psychological intervention combining musical therapy can lower selective operative patients＇ blood presure and plasm angiotensin II,relieve patients＇ psychological stress effectively.
