血液透析单超脱水在重度浮肿的肾病综合征患者中的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的观察血液透析单超脱水治疗在重度浮肿的肾病综合征(NS)的疗效和安全性。方法选择肾病综合征合并重度浮肿患者12例,均经常规利尿治疗效果不佳,应用单超脱水治疗,观察患者浮肿、尿蛋白、血清白蛋白、肾功能等变化。结果治疗1～3周后浮肿减轻、尿蛋白减少、血清白蛋白回升和肾功能改善。结论重度浮肿的肾病综合征采用血液透析单超脱水治疗安全有效,是值得临床推广。Objective Observation of a single super-hemodialysis treatment in severe dehydration, edema of the nephrotic syndrome and safety. Methods Select the nephrotic syndrome in patients with severe edema, 12 cases were confirmed by conventional diuretic treatment ineffective, the application of single superdehydration treatment, observe the patient edema, effusion, and other symptoms of heart failure. Results 1 - 3 weeks after treatment to reduce swelling, reduce urinary protein, serum albumin and renal function improved recovery. Conclusion Severe edema of the nephrotic syndrome using a single hemodialysis treatment safe and effective over dehydration, is worthy of clinical.
