扩链剂对水性聚氨酯树脂性能的影响

摘　　要：通过马来酸酐与多元醇反应形成羧基酯多元醇 ,然后再与其他的单体如 TDI-80、交联剂以及扩链剂等反应 ,制备了含羧基的聚氨酯预聚体 ,将其分散于三乙醇胺的水溶液中 ,制备了水性聚氨酯 (WPU) ,并对扩链剂的种类和用量对树脂性能的影响进行了研究 ,发现氨基扩链剂比羟基扩链剂更有利于提高树脂的力学性能 ,但是乳液的粒径比较大。双酚 A作扩链剂 ,不仅可以提高树脂的力学性能 ,而且可以提高树脂的玻璃化温度 ,拓宽内耗峰的宽度 ,改善树脂皮革态的温度范围 ,但是对乳液的粒径影响不大。The waterborn polyurethane is prepared with maleic anhydride, PPG 1000, trimethanol propane and extender. It is found that extender not only improve the tensile strength, but widen the tg δ peak also. When the bisphenol A come up to 7% of the PU as extender, the PU film will have excellent tensile strength and leatherlike properties. It is also found that, when ethanolamine and ethylene glycol is used together as extender, the ratio will not influent the tensile strength and break elongation, but the stress will be improved at low elongation if more ethanolamine is added.
