摘 要:研究了隔膜电解草酸法生产乙醛酸的工艺 ,首次使用了性能优越的新型阳极材料钽铱电极和HF - 1 0 1型强酸型阳离子交换膜 ,并对电解工艺进行优化 ,结果表明 :在电解温度为 2 0℃ ,电流密度为 35 0A/m2 ,使用HF - 1 0 1型阳离子交换膜和钽铱电极 ,电解草酸饱和溶液 8h后 ,乙醛酸产率达 96 1 3% ,明显高于国内文献值。该法具有电解液不受污染 ,离子交换膜不易中毒且无机械损伤 ,阳极材料使用寿命长 ,产品纯度、产率高等优点 ,具有广阔的工业化前景。Electrolytic reduction of oxalic acid to glyoxylic acid was investigated.It was proved that HF-101 cation exchange membrane was an excellent diaphragm.In the divided cell with lead cathode and iridium tantalum anode,under the conditions of temperature 20 ℃,current density 350 A/m\+2 and electrolysis time 8 h,the yield of glyoxylic acid reached as high as 96 13%.Furthermore,this method has many advantages such as simple operation,mild reaction conditions,and high purity of product without contamination.This new technology has made much progress which can effectively solve the current problems of industrialized process in national factories,so its prospect on industrialization is very enthralling.
