摘  要:用Cl—P_(507)—HCl体系柱色层法分离原料氧化铥中铒、镱等稀土和非稀土杂质。讨论了树脂粒度、温度、淋洗剂浓度、负载量、进样比等条件对铥、镱分离的影响,观测到铥、镱之间存在萃取抑制现象。选择合适分离条件,以99.9%氧化铥为原料制备出99.995%的高纯氧化铥产品,其主要稀土杂质铒、镱均小于5μg/g,非稀土杂质铁小于2μg/g,钙小于5μg/g。The separation of Er, Yb and non - RE in raw Tm2O3 by extraction chromatography with CL -P507 -HC1 system has been studied. The effects of the particle size of CL -P507,the temperature of column,the concentration of eluant, loading and components of RE have been discussed. The extraction restraint between Tm and Yb has been observed. Under the proper conditions,high purity Tm2O3(99. 995%) has been prepared with raw TmzO3(99. 9%). The content of Er,Yb as main RE impurities in the product is smaller than 5 Fg g-1- Fe,Ca as non - RE impurities is respectively smaller than 2 (ng - g-1,5 fg g-1.
