摘  要:通过扫描电子显微镜观察了浸银石墨电刷的显微组织结构和经过磨损实验后的表面形貌结构 ,分析了显微组织结构对电刷的导电性能和摩擦磨损性能的影响。实验结果表明 :银在多孔石墨基体中达到了高效填充 ,并呈网状分布 ,电刷具有优良的导电性能和良好的润滑作用。并从摩擦学的角度 ,分析了电刷在集电环上滑动接触时各种摩擦要素的相互作用 ,探讨了浸银石墨电刷的磨损机理。The metallographic microstructure and surface morphologic structure of graphite brush impregnated silver after wearing test were observed by using SEM. The effects of microstructure of brush on electric conductivity and friction and wear were analyzed. Results show that the silver has efficiently permeated into the porous graphite and appears in the form of network in the matrix. the brush possesses with good electric conductivity and fine lubrication. From the point of view of tribology, the interface of different friction essentiality during the brush sliding contact was analyzed, the wear mechanism of graphite brush impregnated silver was also discussed.
