摘  要:目的:探讨血清脂蛋白(a)[LP(a)]水平与冠状动脉病变程度之间的关系。方法:因胸闷或胸痛入院经选择性冠状动脉造影确诊的258例冠心病患者作为冠心病组,按冠状动脉病变支数分为单支病变组、双支病变组和多支病变组,经选择性冠状动脉造影排除冠心病的56例患者作为对照组。检测所有入选患者血清LP(a),比较各组血清LP(a)水平,分析血清LP(a)水平与冠状动脉病变程度之间的关系。结果:血清LP(a)水平在冠心病组与对照组之间有显著差异,不同亚组间血清LP(a)水平也有显著差异。结论:血清LP(a)与冠状动脉病变程度呈正相关。To study the relationship between serum lipoprotein (a) [ LP (a)] level and coronary heart disease. Methods: A total of 314 patients who were suspected coronary heart disease (CHD) were studied. They were divided into con trol group and CHD group based on the results of coronary angiography (CAG). Then the CHD group was classified according to the number of coronary artery with stenosis. The serum LP(a) levels of all the patients were detected and analyzed. Results: Compared with the control group, the level of serum LP(a) in the CHD group was significantly higher (P〈0. 001 ). The level of LP(a) increased with the number of damaged coronary artery. Conclusions: As an independent risk factor for CHD,the level of serum LP(a) is positively correlated with the damage degree of coronary arteries.
