摘 要:目的:观察射频透热分别联合榄香烯乳与金葡素胸膜腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液的近期临床疗效及不良反应。方法:将52例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为2组:A组27例,B组25例。A组在射频透热联合胸膜腔内置细导管持续引流后,胸腔内灌注榄香烯乳;B组在射频透热联合胸膜腔内置细导管持续引流后,胸腔内灌注金葡素。结果:A组总有效率为88.9%,B组总有效率为88.0%,2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组胸痛发生率为20.0%,B组胸痛发生率为7.7%,2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:射频透热分别联合榄香烯乳与金葡素胸腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液均疗效较高,且不良反应少;但胸膜腔内注射金葡素局部胸痛发生率较低,患者更易耐受。To evaluate the therapeutic effects and adverse reaction of radiofrequency hyperthermia combined with intraplearal infusion of elemene emulsion or staphylococcin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Methods: A total of 52 cases with malignant pleural effusion were divided into 2 groups after continuous thoracostomy drainage. The patients in Group A(27 cases) were treated with radiofrequency hyperthermia and intraplearal infusion of elemene emulsion, while the pa- tients in Group B(25 cases)were treated with radiofrequency hyperthermia and intraplearal infusion of staphylococcin. Results: There was no statistical difference between the total therapeutic effect of Group A (88.90/o) and Group B (88.0%) (P~ 0.05). There was significant difference between the incidence of chest pain in Group A (20.0%) and Group B (7.7%) (P~ 0.05). Conclusions: Compared with traditional chemotherapy, radiofrequency hyperthermia combined with intraplearal infusion of elemene emulsion or staphylococcin is very effective. Intraplearal infusion of staphylococcin is better for lower incidence of chest pain and better tolerance in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.
