高效液相色谱法测定尿毒清胶囊中芍药苷的含量

摘　　要：目的:用高效液相色谱法测定尿毒清胶囊中芍药苷含量。方法:色谱柱AgilentC18(4.6×250mm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(20:80),流速为1mL/min,检测波长230nm。结果:芍药苷0.080μg～0.722μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=696000X+6590(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.05(RSD=0.67%)。结论:本方法简便、结果准确,能有效控制尿毒清胶囊的质量。Objective：To determine the content of paeoniflovin in Niaoduqing Capsules by HPLC. Methods：The determination was carried out with AgilehtCls column （4. 6 x 250mm）. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile water （ contain 0. 01% phosphoril acid）. The flow rate was 1 mL · min-1 and the detective wavelength was 230 nm. Results：The calibration curve for paeoniflovin was linear in the range of 0. 0801xg -0. 722 ug, the regression equation was Y = 696000X ＋ 6590 （r = O. 9998） ,and the mean recovery was 100. 05% ,RSD was 0. 67%. Conclusion：This method is simple and accurate and can be used for the quality control of Niaoduqing Capsules.
