摘　　要：目的:建立杞菊地黄口服液中马钱苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定,以色谱柱AgilentZORBAXSB-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为固定相,乙腈-水(15:85)为流动相,检测波长240nm,流速为0.8ml/min。结果:马钱苷在0.0391～0.3126μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);精密度好,RSD值为0.28%;供试品溶液在8h内稳定,RSD值为0.54%;重复性良好,RSD值为0.81%;平均回收率为97.68%,RSD值为1.17%。结论:此法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于杞菊地黄口服液的质量控制。Objective：To establish the determination method for Loganin in Qiju Dihuang Oral Liquid. Methods： Using HPLC with Agilent ZORBAX SB -C18 （250mm x 4.6mm ,5pLm）column ,acetonitrile water（ 15：85 ） as mobile phase and de- tection wavelength at 240nm, at a flow rate of 0. 8 ml/min. Results： The HPLC methods showed a good linearity between 0. 0391 -0. 3126ug; good precision, RSD was 0. 28 % ;the sample solution was stabled within 8 hours, RSD was 0. 54% ;good repeatability, RSD was 0. 28% ;with an average recovery of 97. 68%, RSD was 1.17%. Conclusion ：This method was proved to be simple, accurate and sensitivity. It can be used to control the quality of Qiju Dihuang Oral Liquid.
