人工泪液羟糖甘滴眼液的处方及工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:通过研究人工泪液羟糖甘滴眼剂的复方制剂,解决眼部干涩,刺痛等不适症状,有效的保护眼球免受刺激,特别是降低了人工泪液对角膜上皮的损害。方法:采用原子吸收光谱,高效液相色谱,工艺筛选等方法确定最终处方。结果:确定了主药和辅料的处方量及其制备工艺,筛选出最优化的制备工艺。结论:研究表明羟糖甘滴眼剂处方正确,工艺精制,质量可控,用药安全有效。Objectlve ：Studying the glycosidic hydroxyl compound of artificial tear eye drops, we can solute eye dryness, irritation other symptoms and so on, and effective protect the eye from the stimulus, in particular reducing injury from the artifi cial tears on corneal epithelial. Methods： We can determine the final formulation and process through atomic absorption spec trometry, liquid chromatography, methodologies. Results： We determine the amount of prescription of principal agent and adju vant, and the preparation process. We also select it to optimize the preparation process. Conclusion：The study shows that the prescription eye drops hydroxyl glycosides correct, process refinement, quality control, safety and efficacy.
