物理抗菌材料洁悠神在创面处理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的总结物理抗菌材料洁悠神在创面处理中的应用经验以指导临床。方法回顾总结物理抗菌材料洁悠神对825例各类创面应用的临床效果,观察其对烧伤创面湿润暴露疗法过程中创周炎症反应防治、慢性创面创周的炎症控制、促进烧伤残余创面愈合情况、创面止痒效果。结果物理抗菌材料洁悠神可以降低烧伤创面湿润暴露疗法中创周炎症反应发生率,减轻慢性创面创周炎症程度、促进烧伤残余创面愈合、减轻创面愈合后瘙痒不适。结论物理抗菌材料洁悠神可能通过其特殊的抗菌特性及改变皮肤表面静电特性在防治创周炎症反应、促进残余创面愈合、缓解皮肤瘙痒中发挥积极的作用。Objective To summarize the experience of clinical application of skin physical antimicrobial film in wound management.Methods The clinical effect of skin physical antimicrobial film patent technology on many kinds of wound healing was retrospectively analyzed.The incidence of peripheral inflammation response in MEBT,peripheral inflammation degree of chronic wound,healing of residual burns,itching and discomfort after wound healing were observed.Results JUC long-lasting antimicrobial material could reduce the incidence of peripheral inflammation response in MEBT,peripheral inflammation degree of chronic wound,promote healing of residual burns,and relieve itching and discomfort after wound healing.Conclusion skin physical antimicrobial film plays an active role in the prevention and treatment of peripheral inflammation response,promotion of residual wound healing and relieve of skin itching through its unique antimicrobial properties.
