摘 要:目的了解山东省0~3岁婴幼儿抚养人对维生素D的认知情况,为指导婴幼儿期维生素D的合理应用提供依据。方法根据山东省的地理位置、经济状况,抽取0~3岁婴幼儿抚养人,对抚养人关于维生素D认知状况进行问卷调查。结果抚养人对维生素D缺乏的危害认识不足,77.4%的抚养人认为维生素D缺乏可引起骨骼肌肉系统疾病;51.8%的抚养人认为婴幼儿生后应该补充维生素D;31.3%的抚养人认为应持续补充维生素D制剂;54.6%的抚养人认为喂养方式及每天的喂养量与每日补充维生素D的剂量相关;69.0%的抚养人认为维生素D可预防佝偻病等骨骼肌肉系统疾病,64.3%的抚养人认为维生素D对婴幼儿整体健康很重要。结论抚养人对维生素D的认知状况有待提高,补充维生素D的行为需要改善。建议开展针对性的健康教育活动,促进婴幼儿维生素D的合理补充。Objective To understand the status of knowledge on vitamin D in 0-3-year-old-child-rearing people,so as to provide an evidence for reasonable application of it.Methods According to geographical position and economic status of Shandong province,child-rearing individuals of 0-3-year-old kids were investigated of their awareness of vitamin D by using a questionnaire.Results Of those investigated,77.4% thought that deficiency of vitamin D might cause diseases of musculoskeletal system;51.8% believed that vitamin D should be added from birth;31.3% considered that vitamin D supplements should be supplied continuously;54.6% thought feeding patterns and feeding volume were correlated with the dosage of supplied vitamin D;69.0% thought vitamin D could prevent musculoskeletal diseases,such as rickets,and so on;and 64.3% considered that vitamin D was very important to children's holistic health.Conclusion The knowledge about vitamin D in child-rearing individuals is to be raised;the behaviour of supplying vitamin D should be improved.Health education aiming at reasonable supplement of this vitamin is recommended.
