TOURETTE综合征儿童家庭环境及父母心理状况研究

摘　　要：目的探讨TOURETTE综合征(TS)儿童家庭环境及父母心理健康状况,为TS的防治提供理论依据。方法采用家庭环境量表和症状自评量表对TS组和对照组家庭环境及其父母心理健康状况进行评估。结果TS组家庭环境特征方面的亲密度、娱乐性评分低于对照组(t=3.557、3.230,P<0.01),而矛盾性、控制性评分则高于对照组(t=-4.184、-4.057,P<0.01);TS儿童父母SCL-90总分均明显高于对照组(t=-2.037、3.778,P<0.05),父亲焦虑性、强迫性两因子得分明显高于对照组(t=-4.596、-3.540,P<0.01),人际敏感、敌对性得分低于对照组(t=-4.543、-1.839,P<0.01、0.05);母亲强迫性、抑郁、偏执因子得分高于对照组(t=2.085～4.080,P<0.01、0.05),敌对性得分低于对照组(t=4.208,P<0.01)。结论 TS儿童处在一个相对不良的家庭环境中,创造良好家庭环境和改善父母心理健康状况,对TS儿童的治疗和预后有重要的意义。Objective To explore the home environment and parents＇ psychologic status of children with TOURETTE syndrome（TS）,and provide a theoretical evidence for its prevention and intervention.Methods Family Environment Scale-Chinese Version（FES-CV） and Symptom Checklist（SCL-90） were applied to assess the home environment of children with TS and mental health condition of their parents and control group.Results Compared with control group,the characteristics of home environment in children with TS were： the score of intimacy and recreation was lower（t=3.557,3.230;P0.01）,whereas that of contradiction and control was higher（t=-4.184,-4.057;P0.01）;the total score of SCL-90 in sick kids＇ parents was higher（t=-2.037,3.778;P0.05）,and their fathers＇ scores of anxiety and compulsive were higher（t=-4.596,-3.540;P0.01）,whereas that of interpersonal sensitivity and hostility were lower（t=-4.543,-1.839;P0.01,0.05）;and the scores of compulsive,depression and paranoid in sick kids＇ mothers were significantly higher（t=2.085-4.080;P0.01,0.05）,but that of hostility was lower（t=4.208,P0.01）.Conclusion The TS children investigated were living in a relatively unhealth home environment.Creating a fine living environment and improving parents＇ mental health are crucial in the therapy and prognosis of children with TS.
