摘 要:建立斑马鱼人工感染坏死梭杆菌动物模型。牛源坏死梭杆菌FN(AB)株以3×1010cfu/mL、3×109cfu/mL、3×108cfu/mL、3×107cfu/mL不同菌量,腹腔接种斑马鱼,定时观察斑马鱼的发病和死亡情况,建立动物感染模型。FN(AB)对斑马鱼的半数致死量(LD50)为1.06×106cfu/尾;感染发病鱼呈现出侧游、腹水、注射部位出血红肿等症状,肝脏、肾脏、肠道出现明显的病理学变化。斑马鱼可作为坏死梭杆菌致病性研究的动物模型。To establish zebrafish model infected with Fusobacterium Necrophorum Biotype FN (AB) artificially, zebrafish were divided, and were given intraperitoneal injection with FN (AB) isolate from cattle in different dosages of 3 x lO^10cfu/mL, 3 x 10%fu/mL, 3 x lOScfuhnL, 3 x 107cfu/mL, respectively. The morbidity and mortality of zebrafish were monitored in fixed time to establish the infectious animal model The 50% lethal dose of FN(AB) in zebrafish (LD50) was 1.06 x lO%fu / mL. Side swimming, ascites, red and swollen in the injection site was observed in the infected Zebrafish. There were also obvious pathological changes in liver, renal, and intestinal tract of the infected zebrafish. Therefore, zebrafish can be an animal model infected with FN(AB).
