五味子软胶囊中防腐剂对羟基苯甲酸乙酯的测定

摘　　要：建立用高效液相色谱法测定五味子软胶囊中防腐剂对羟基苯甲酸乙酯的方法。色谱柱Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-乙酸铵(0.02mol/L)(70:30),流速1mL/min,检测波长258nm,柱温25℃。五味子软胶囊中对羟基苯甲酸乙酯的线性范围0.01～0.05μg/μL,平均回收率95.2%,RSD 1.91%。本测定方法简单,专属性强,结果准确可靠,重现性较好。To establish a HPLC method for determination of ethylparaben in schisandra chinensis soft capsule, the detection condition as follows： a Diamonsil C18 column （5 μ m, 200 x 4.6mm） with Methanol ammonium acetate （0.02mol/L） （70：30） as mobile phase; the detection wavelength was 258nm; the column temperature was 25^0C. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.01-0.05 μ g/lμL （r=-0.999 6） for ethylparaben. The average recovery of ethylparaben was 95.2% with RSD= 1.91% （n=5）. The HPLC method is convenient and accurate. It also had good reproducibility.
