湖北省中小学体育教师队伍现状调查及研究

摘　　要：随着《体育与健康》新课程标准、学生每天锻炼一小时以及阳光体育运动等重大举措的实施和落实,中小学体育教师缺额严重。湖北省中小学体育教师队伍的现状如何?与全国的平均数据相比较的结果如何?运用文献资料、数理统计等方法,对此进行了深入地探讨,得出湖北省小学体育教师缺额严重,初中体育教师缺额较为严重,高中体育教师基本不缺,湖北省中小学体育教师的缺额现象比全国平均水平严重的结论。并据此提出了加大补充体育教师力度,扩大体育师资培养规模,提高体育教师地位待遇;加强兼职教师培训等建议。With the execution of new class standards of sports and health, ＂students practice one hour every day＂ and sunshine sports activity, the status of lacking school P.E. teachers is terrible. How is the recent status of school P. E. teachers in Hubei province.9 How is the result of comparing the average data of the whole nation？ This paper through using the methods of document literature and mathematical statistics discussed, and then found that the vacancy of school P. E. teachers in Hubei province is terrible, especially the middle school P.E. teachers. Meanwhile, the number of high school P.E. teachers is normal. The vacancy status of school P.E. teachers in Hubei province is more terrible than the whole nation. According to this, the paper puts forward suggestions as follows： increase the number of P. E. teachers, enlarge the training scale of P.E. teachers, improve the treatment status of P. E. teachers and strengthen the training of part - time P. E. teachers.
