摘 要:利用网带式烧结炉烧结制备制冷压缩机用铁基阀板,研究烧结压力对阀板的显微组织、硬度、密度及平面度的影响。结果表明:随着烧结压力的增加,材料中孤立的碳化物或分离出的共析体减少,珠光体含量增加;阀板的平面度先降后增,密度和硬度则相反;阀板经过0.35 MPa的最佳烧结压力烧结后,密度为7.02 g/cm3,硬度达到最高值64HRB,平面度最大值为0.13 mm,经过整形后降低为0.06 mm。The ironbased valve plates used in refrigeration compressor were prepared by netbelt type sintering furnace, and the effect of sintering pressure on microstructures, hardness, density and flatness of valve plate was studied. The results show that pearlite increases with the increase of sintering pressure, and the isolated carbide or eutectoid body decreases, the flatness decreases first and then increases, but the density and hardness are opposite. The best sintering pressure of 0.35 MPa can ensure the highest properties of valve plate, the density is 7.02 g/cm^3, the highest hardness reaches 64HRB, and the flatness is 0.13 mm, and decreases to 0.06 mm after finishing.
