高校学报数字出版的发展现状与对策分析

摘　　要：近年来,随着互联网信息技术的飞速发展,我国高校学报的数字出版也取得了一些成绩,主要表现在高校学报文献上网程度高,网站建设成效明显,编辑过程数字化初步形成等等。同时,也存在如文献数字化形式单一,网络化水平不高,没有建立起统一的高校学报数字化标准规范等问题。针对这些问题,研究提出了优化提升编辑人员的素质和结构,综合运用多种技术手段推出网上数字学报,加快依托于学报网站平台的采编管理系统建设,建立起符合高校学报数字出版的标准体系。In recent years,with the rapid development of information and web technology,the construction of university journal digital publishing has made some achievements that online degree of university journal literature is high,university journal websites have been constructed well,and digitalization of editing process is established.However,there are some defects such as single form of literature digitalization,low level of websites,and inadequate standards of university journal digitalization.Thus,university journal should improve the quality of editorial staff;adopt technical means to release online digital university journal,construct management system relying on the university journal website platform,and establish measurements in accordance with standards of university journal digitalization.
