摘　　要：着眼于整合传统空间肌理,创新城市文化特色。充分利用原有水体古树,有机整合新旧建筑,高效利用原有设施,提高整体利用率,营造出舒适宜人的教学活动空间。作为供老年人使用的公共建筑,注重对基地环境、室内设施、区间道路、公共空间各个环节进行精心考虑,真正作到"以人为本"。This design alternative aims to increase the total utilization ratio and construct a comfortable space for teaching activities by taking full advantage of the original water body and old trees,developing an organic combination of old and new buildings and making effective use of the original facilities.As a public building for senior citizens,it should pay attention to the thorough consideration of every aspect such as environmental quality of the bases,indoor facilities,regional roads,public space,etc.in terms of fully implementation of the ＂human-oriented＂ ideology.
