摘  要:采用胶体滴定法研究了碱的质量分数对N-乙烯基甲酰胺-二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵共聚物(PNVF-DA)水解反应的影响,采用激光光散射仪测定了PNVF-DA水解产物(CPND)的重均分子量(MW)。结果表明:随着碱的质量分数的增加,CPND的胺化度也相应增大;当PNVF-DA中酰胺基与NaOH的摩尔比为1:4,在75℃下反应7h,其胺化度接近100%;胺化度为10%和20%的水解产物CPND-10和CPND-20的MW比未水解的PNVF-DA大,胺化度大于30%的CPND的MW递减。The effects of the mass fraction of NaOH on the hydrolysis reaction of N-vinylformamidediaUyldimethylammonium chloride copolymer (PNVF-DA) were investigated using colloidal titration. The molecular weight (Mw) of hydrolysates (CPND) of PNVF-DA were determined using multi-angle laser light scattering instrument in pH=4.6 NaAc-HAc buffer solution. The results indicated that the amination degree of CPND increased with the increase in the mass fraction of NaOH. The amination degree of CPND was near to 100% under the conditions of the mole ratio (1:4) of the amide groups in the copolymer and NaOH at 75℃ for 7h. The Mw of CPND-10 and CPND-20 with amination degrees of 10% and 20% were larger than PNVF-DA. The Mw of CPND with amination degree of more than 30% decrease gradually.
