深部真菌感染及其治疗药物研究现状

摘　　要：近年来,深部真菌感染日趋严重,现已成为恶性肿瘤和艾滋病等重大疾病死亡的重要原因。简介了深部真菌感染的感染菌种,分析了其诱发因素,并对临床上常用的氮唑类及棘白菌素类等抗深部真菌感染药物进行了介绍。Over the past decades, the systemic fungal infection has tremendously risen and become one of the main causes of AIDS and cancer. In this paper, the infectious strains and causative factors are briefly introduced. What＇ s more, the main antifungal agents such as azoles and echinocandins in clinic use are also recommended.
