摘　　要：本文以SWOT理论为基础,结合辽宁的特殊性,对辽宁石材产业的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行了详细分析。在此基础上,提出了政策开放化,联合作战;文化深入化,加强竞争;石材产业规模化,品牌效益;技术先进化,加快改良;销售多元化,提高收益等发展战略建议。In this paper, based on the theory of SWOT and combined with the particularity of Liaoning,I make a detailed analysis on the strength weaknesses, opportunity, threatfor the stone industry in Liaoning.
