摘　　要：研究型医院建设的关键是人才,人才队伍的主体是主诊医师,主诊医师队伍还存在诸多问题。构建研究型的主诊医师队伍,是提高医疗水平、推动医学发展的重要措施。重点提出研究型主诊医师科研能力评价指标体系。Research hospital talents are the key of construction. Talents are the subject of the attending physician. The attending physician team still has many problems. Constructing the attending physician research team, is to improve the health level, promoting the development of medicine of the important measures. Focuses on the research the attending physician scientific research ability evaluation index system.
