摘　　要：本文阐述医院特色发展的主要做法和体会:以特色学科、特色人才、特色服务、特色保障为牵引,通过立足现有基础,把握未来发展趋势,依靠科学管理和改革,不断提高医院服务保障水平,以特色建设带动医院医疗、教学、科研、战备等可持续发展。The main methods and experience of special developing were elaborated in the hospital as following：guided by the special subjects, special talents, special services and special support, based upon the reality, holding the developing trend, relying on scientific management and reform, improving the serving ability continuously of hospital. This special development can be helpful for the hospital to promote medical treatment, teaching, research, war reserves work and so on.
