摘　　要：立足当前军队疗养院特勤疗养工作发展实际,分析制约疗养院特勤疗养工作发展的因素,针对新时期特勤疗养工作面临的新问题、新特点,以科学发展观为指导,深化以人为本理念,提出促进新时期特勤疗养工作又快又好发展的思路和措施。Based on the actual military sanatorium service, the author discussed the limit factors of the development of special service recuperation. In allusion to new problems and new characteristics of the service, and guided by the scientific development outlook and people -oriented principle, the measures were proposed to pro- mote the special recuperation work fast and well.
