摘　　要：通过对18例紧急手术伤员的麻醉处置总结,提出在处理突发事件批量手术伤员时,必须在尽可能短的时间内使伤员获得最确切的救治,麻醉医师的工作场所应前伸至急诊科,在第一时间了解批量伤员的人数、伤情,同时打破常规,尽量缩短术前准备时间,统筹安排人员,有序进行麻醉管理。根据不同的伤情,选择合适的麻醉方式,强调围术期管理,预防麻醉并发症发生,重视术后镇痛,利于伤员术后身心恢复。The author summarized the experiences of anaesthetizing 18 cases of emergency surgery. The most important thing is making wounded get reliable treatment rapidly. Anesthetists should get the first-hand dates about the number of batch wounded and the condition of the wounded in emergency room. Besides, we anesthetists should try to shorten the preparing time of pre - operation as possible as fast, to arrange stuffs reasonably and to conduct the management of anesthesia sequent, instead of the normal rules. According to the different wounded conditions, the author pointed out some measures, which included selecting rational anesthesia methods, emphasizing peri - operative management, preventing the complications, paying attention to postoperative analgesia, so that the wounded would get a better physical and psychological recovery post -operation.
