美军重症空运救护队训练方案对我军的启示

摘　　要：本文在借鉴美空军重症空运救护队的人员选择、初级训练、技能巩固的专业培训流程的基础上,结合我军空运医疗后送力量建设与训练现状,提出我军空运医疗后送力量的建设与训练的几点建议。The article introduced the basic training processes of the U. S. Critical Care Air Transport Team（CCATF）, which included staff selection, primary training, skill strengthening, and so on. Based on these experiences, the author proposed some suggestions on the training and building of aeromedical evacuation forces of our army, combining with our current situations.
