保定市大学生弓形虫感染情况调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解保定市高校大学生弓形虫感染情况,为进一步采取干预措施提供依据。方法对河北大学医学部一至四年级478名大学生采用ELISA方法血清标本进行弓形虫IgG抗体检测和相关问卷调查,其中男生116人,女生362人。结果弓形虫抗体阳性率为2.30%,其中男生2.59%,女生2.21%;家住城镇、郊区、农村的学生弓形虫抗体阳性率分别为1.05%、1.92%、3.14%;睡眠质量较好的206人,弓形虫感染率为0.49%;睡眠质量不佳的272人,弓形虫感染率为3.68%。结论保定市大学生中存在弓形虫感染,加强大学生育龄人群弓形虫感染情况的监测,对保证优生优育,提高人口素质具有重要意义。Objective To explore the infection rate of Toxoplasma Gondii among college students in Baoding city and provide evidence for the further intervention. Methods Sera of 478 students from medical college of Hebei university from freshmen to seniors were collected, and Tox-IgG antibody was detected with ELISA and related questionnaire survey. 116 formale and 362 female were included. Results Among all the students surveyed, the positive rate of IgG antibody of Toxoplasma Gondii was 2.30%. The positive rates of antibody formale and female were 2.59% and 2.21% respectively; urban area, suburbs and rural area were 1.05%, 1.92% and 3.14% respectively; 206 persons with good sleeping quality and 272 with bad sleeping quality were 0.49% and 3.68%. Conclusion Toxoplasma Gondii infection exists among college students in Baoding city, it makes a great significance to strengthen the monitoring for the Toxoplasma Gondii infection of childbearing age crowd of college students.
