摘　　要：目的探讨骨折患者围手术期深静脉血栓形成的预防及护理。方法通过对143例骨折患者行术前评估,加强心理护理、健康教育、术后基础护理、机械性预防、用药护理及功能锻炼。结果术后并发深静脉血栓3例,治疗后全部治愈。结论下肢深静脉血栓是骨折患者术后较严重的并发症之一,加强围手术期的护理是预防深静脉血栓的重要措施。Objective To study prevention and nursing measures for deep vein thrombosis perioperatively in patients with fractures. Methods 143 cases of patients with all kinds of bone fracture in our hospital were evaluated preoperatively, psychological care, health education, primary care mechanical prevention, rehabilitation were done. Results Postoperative deep vein thrombosis occurred in 3 cases, all were cured through our prevention and nursing measures. Conclusion Deep vein thrombosis is a more serious complication in patients with fractures; it is an important measure for prevention of deep vein thrombosis that strengthen the perioperative nursing measures.
