摘  要:目的:探讨骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)患者外周血循环中的微巨核细胞糖蛋白(gPⅡb/Ⅲa)的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用碱性磷酸酶-抗碱性磷酸酶(APAAP)免疫细胞化学染色技术,观察MDS患者外周血涂片内的微巨核细胞。结果:87例MDS患者中,65例(74.7%)的血循环中检出有少量gPⅡb/Ⅲa阳性的微巨核细胞,在常规染色的血涂片上该细胞的外形与小淋巴细胞类似,故难以或无法加以识别。结论:免疫细胞化学染色技术简单易行,采用该技术检测MDS患者外周血循环中微巨核细胞将有助于MDS的诊断。Objective To investigate the expression of gP Ⅱb/Ⅲa on peripheral circulating micromeyakaryocytes in patients with myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS) and its clinical significance.Methods Alkaline phosphatase-antialkaline phosphatase(APAAP) immunocytochemical staining technique was used to detect circulating micromegakaryocytes in peripheral blood smears of MDS patients.Results gP Ⅱb/Ⅲa positive micromegakaryocyte was found in 65(74.7%)of the 87 MSD patients examined.Morphologically these cells resemble small lymphocytes and is difficult or impossible to recognize these cells in routinely stained smear.Conclusions The immunocytochemical staining technique is simple and easy to perform.Using immunocytochemical staining method to detect micromegakaryocyte in peripheral blood sample might be helpful for the diagnosis of myelodysplastic syndrome.
